This week's conversation with Aaron centres around how his newly blended family is handling the gluten free diet. Aaron's is a large and busy household with with lots of different interests and activities. Aaron uses the analogy of having to juggle balls, some are rubber and will bounce if they drop, others are glass and can't afford to be dropped. He explains how the gluten free diet fits into this perspective. We offer lots of suggestions for keeping his food and the family kitchen safe.
