This week I speak with Aaron who is just less than three months out from his gastric sleeve weight loss surgery. In Canada, it was recently Thanksgiving, which means a big family meal, which Aaron could not stomach, literally. Lessons learned. We went on to speak about Non Scale Victories, or NSV's, and Aaron had quite a few to share with us.
