This week I speak to Sara and Tamie about some things they are working on changing. Sara is sleeping better, something many of us strive for. She takes us through some of the little changes she's made and how she's found cycling as a good solitary exercise. Tamie is excited about summer, except that it throws her exercise schedule off at a time when we want to be active and outside. She is trying to find her groove with timing her workouts to get more enjoyment out of them, while still leaving plenty of time with the family's summer activities.
