This week Carla and I try hard to find joy in February. We, like most people are bored with the pandemic restrictions are are trying to find things to bring us joy. Carla is setting her own rules for a dessert-free February, and as I have let my intermittent fasting lapse, I take stock of what it has taught me that I can use in my plans for healthy eating for the time being.
