This week I chat with our new co-host Carla who is following a regime of intermittent fasting to loose weight on a gluten free diet.  She shares her blood test numbers after 6 months and talks about her motivation.  Lisa who is following a keto/gluten free diet, has been fighting a cold and trying to boost her immune system.  Lisa is also finding creative ways to stay both gluten free and keto while in a hotel on an extended stay for her work.
