This week I speak with Tamie and Carla.  Tamie and I tackle the problem of eating when you're bored.  We realize everyone does it, but maybe there are some strategies to help you avoid it, or at least make the snacking healthier.  Carla examines how she closes her eating window.  Is there a right and a wrong way to make the choice on your last food for the day?  Everyone will have a different answer, and I'm not sure Carla is completely satisfied with hers.
