This week I review how both Lisa and Francine did over the holidays. Lisa, who follows a GF ketogenic diet actually left and went away on a vacation to celebrate her birthday. Francine on the other hand worked hard to please everyone in the family and keep things gluten free and healthy. They both came through the holidays with some uplifting stories.
