This week I speak with Tamie and Carla. Tamie loves fruit, whereas I have trouble adding fruit to my weight watchers plan. For her, eating fruit is natural, for me it's a struggle to choose fruit. Carla and I have a discussion about sweeteners and how they fit into an intermittent fasting plan.
