This week I speak with Aaron about the concept of food as an addiction. Aaron has studied addiction and in his work, how to overcome an addiction is part of what he does. Aaron gives us some motivating tips to help us change our behaviour, once we see where our healthy and sometimes unhealthy need for food dictates how we live our lives. We also chat about the importance of community. We know community helps us cope with celiac and the gluten free diet, but it can also be game-changing in confronting an addiction to unhealthy eating.
