This week I talk with Carla about working out. We both reminisce about when we were younger and able to work out without very soon injuring ourselves. We've learned that celiac disease was often the culprit behind our bone/muscle weakness. Nevertheless, as we get older, we can't exercise with our bodies, as well as we can imagine in our minds, and even though we are eating better and healthier, we (or at least Carla and I) are still prone to injury. We each try and formulate a plan for going forward, so at least we see a way, and hopefully have the will. Carla has discovered Brazillian cheese bread, and she can actually fit in her down days with intermittent fasting.
