Gluten Free Weigh In

This week I chat with Carla.  We are both using intermittent fasting to lose weight.  Carla recently listened to the audio book by Dr. Michael Mosely, The Fast 800.  She decided to incorporate some of those strategies into her weekly planning.  She was very successful.  On the other hand, I'm finding more that doesn't work for me.  Specifically trying a low calorie day on a stressful day.  Carla talks me through some ways I can switch things up, and I'm looking forward to applying them.  Also, I talk about someone I know who is on a positive weight loss path after getting dental appliances.  You can find out more about Dr. Mosely's book at -
