Gluten Free Weigh In

This week I chat with Tamie and Sara.  Tamie reports on her switchup challenge.  So far her best success has been with side dishes in meals.  She is going to try and switch up proteins in meals before we chat again.  Sara has changed her duties at work again and is trying to adjust to a less physically active job.  Sara and I also talk about May being Celiac Awareness Month and how giving gluten free to a foodbank might be a good way to celebrate.  Also check out my recipe videos on May 16th on the The Canadian Celiac Association's Facebook page andtheir website at
