This week I speak with Tamie and Sara.  All of us are excited about spring and the positive changes it usually brings into our lives. Tamie shares some of her tips for making tasty meals on the bbq, including why she makes a mega homemade batch of taco seasoning. Sara has recently completed a huge grocery shop in preparation for another lockdown.
