This week I chat with Tamie and Sara. We are all being effected by very cold weather. Tamie is working hard to not just curl up on the couch and Sara is working to get her body and mind back into working days. Her appetite has diminished and she's struggling somewhat to get back to her normal. As well, I found gluten free Oreos in my local supermarket and Tamie and I speak about handling having some treat food around the house.
