This week I chat with Sara and Tamie. Sara and I talk salads, something I love, and something her family loves. We talk about preparing seeds for salads when they aren't marked gluten free. Tamie has recently returned from a trip to Europe and talks about why she's not concerned about gaining a few pounds. I asked her if she used a language card and this isn't something she's familiar with. Some cards are free, some ask for a donation and some you purchase with a phone app. A great tip is to familiarize yourself with what the cards actually say in English, to ensure you are giving the correct information to your server/chef.
