This week I speak with Aaron who has just arrived home after a business trip. He had a suprisingly easy time at the airport, along with amazing, if not very small meals during his stay. Aaron and his business partner own a food franchise store and he initiated some unexpected conversations with people who can make a difference in the variety of gluten free foods on offer in the brand stores.
