This week I chat with Sara and Tamie. All of us are anxious for spring and are intending on increasing both our time outside and our time exercising in the sunshine. We also talk about how much bread we eat. Gluten free bread can be so much heavier which seems to effect our choices. Tamie has begun training for a big goal, and hopefully that will give us all some motivation.
