This week Tamie, Sara and I are are anxious for the weather to get warmer where we live. Warmer means looking forward to summer and barbecue season. I talk to Tamie about her current methods of cooking and why an air fryer can be a great choice for making some of your favourite foods gluten free at home. Sara has settled into her day shift again and is also looking forward to eating more fresh food when summer finally arrives.
