This week I speak with Tamie and Carla. Tamie and I talk about the influence those around her have on her. Sometimes the influence is positive and sometimes it's not. We look at how that effects her attitude towards exercise and eating healthy gluten free. Carla and I chat about what others ask her both about the gluten free diet and her intermittent fasting lifestyle. We also look at how the opinions of others effect her.
