This week I speak with Tamie and Carla about goals. Tamie and I talk about setting weight loss goals and some good reasons for those goals to change over time. Carla, who is following an intermittent fasting lifestyle has weight loss goals as well, but deals with the daily goals of restricting her eating to a very small window of time. Changing up the daily goals is often a strategy to jumpstart a stall in weight loss while intermittent fasting.
