This week I speak with Aaron who is now eating a wide range of foods, but as we find out, his daily menu is, by choice, fairly limited. We learn that Aaron is having trouble getting enough protein in and what that is doing to his body. Aaron mentions a rub he has been using on chicken that he absolutely loves. He shares it with us - only 4 ingredients, equal parts of each - salt, paprika, lemon pepper and Mrs. Dash. This one I'll have to try.
