This week I chat with Tamie and Sara. Tamie is back from her camping holiday and full into training for her half-marathon. We have an interesting discussion about how gluten free pasta can't compare with wheat pasta for a pre-run meal. Sara, who is back working nights is still experimenting with an eating schedule and is currently trying one big meal and one snack to both try and get her nutrition in as well as share a meal with her family.
