This week I speak with both Tamie and Carla as they get back into their more healthy routines after the holidays.  For Tamie, that means getting some workouts in, or at least running on the treadmill.  For Carla, it means the discipline of setting a short eating window and a more strict fasting time.  Both ladies have very different strategies, but make them work.
