This week I chat with Tamie about getting back into an exercise routine after her half marathon challenge. She is wondering out loud if she should commit to another half marathon in Arizona in January, as well she is working towards a milestone at her gym. We discuss our favourite gluten free foods from a store - hummus tops her list, and low fat cheese with sesame rice crackers are my go-to. We also talk popcorn.
